Designer Participation Deposit
 
To secure participation in Baltimore Fashion Week, all approved designers are required to submit a non-refundable deposit. The deposit confirms your intent to participate and reserves your placement within the selected Designer Experience.
 
The $500.00 deposit must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your official approval notification and designer guidelines. Participation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and all required documentation has been completed.
 
The remaining balance of the selected Designer Experience is due by the stated deadline. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in removal from the showcase.
 
All payments made toward participation are non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances.
