A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure participation in Baltimore Fashion Week 2026. This deposit confirms your placement within the production schedule and reserves your runway category.

The deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable
Submission of the deposit does not waive remaining balance requirements
Designer participation is not fully confirmed until both approval and payment obligations are satisfied
By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all Baltimore Fashion Week Designer Guidelines and payment terms.
All fees, including deposits, if applicable, are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
